Didn't get a new heatsink yet. Just got two new fans and some piping I am using for directed circulation.
Currently the motherboard is at 79 degrees Fahrenheit and the CPU is at 94.

You should give the computer a blow job. Get a can of compressed air, take it apart and really blow all that junk out of it. That is one of the most common reasons I find for overheating.

It wasn't overheating, it was warm. I'm just overly cautious about temps when it comes to computers.
