What is Skull of Iniquity and what do I use it for?

Yeah I answered this already in two other posts but since I am such a nice guy...
It was a simple quest where you would find the skull and deliver it to an npc. Last time I checked this quest is disabled. There are different types of skulls too, see if you can figure it out:p
But yeah they are just deco items unless the quest is activated again.

The quest has not been disabled, I just have not placed the quest NPC in the world yet. He is sitting in GA. Hold onto those skulls, you will be able to turn them in soon enough.
