Tried to update my bios... I used the wrong image.
BIOS ROM CHECKSUM error! oops.
I'll be back when I finish building a new computer which depends on my new pay-rate and whether I get paid weekly or bi-weekly. Could be 2 weeks...could be 4 weeks. Could be 6-8 weeks depending on how fancy I make it.
PS - never buy a Soyo motherboard.

You should've said - "if u don't want that broken computer then just send it to me, I like to collect old none-restorable computers".
And then when he's given it to you you can buy that chip and have a new nice computer ^^ Too late now tho, you told him :[ bummer.

found a post on a forum about how Soyo's instruction manual has incorrect instructions on how to flash the bios. That seems like a pretty major issue!
good news is they also said in the post which parameters i'm supposed to use. My computer's fixed ;]
i still want a mac ;[
