'rare dye tubs now only works for the owner. if anyone else exept the owner of it try to use it you get a asciimessage saying "this is not your Rare DyeTub!'
What's the point of this if you can STILL give you friends that colored item?:confused:

You can't sell them to people, people are not motivated to steal them and if you quit or your char is lost, so is your dye tubs (might have missed something).
The point is economy control.

alright, cool, have you got any idea about the launch, will it be this summer? or around the start of the school

It would be nice to have it open when school starts because that means those who don't work won't overpass those with jobs.
And on the plus side for me I'll have my universities' high speed connection, not crappy satellite internet.

If we could give you guys a fixed opening date we would:/ Only thing I personally can say is that there is progress being done in rapid speed. It has come down to tweaking vendor sell items and prices and making sure all similar "tweak"/"balance" issues work.

about the dye tub thing.. now that we have been patient and been waiting for so long, cant we get all the hues? i mean, black, its the coolest color, and it was on sphere. now u remove it so its only for staff
. we've been waiting so long so u should at least give us a little reward in beforehand

Reward for WAITING? Should we get a reward for waiting for the staff to complete the shard, which we'll be playing on and enjoy? They're doing it for us to play on, so when it comes up, I think that's enough of a reward.
And if black will be allowed, everyone would have it, and therefor it wouldnt be cool at all. You can get pure black cloathings by winning events and tourneys if I got it right, and if it works like that, the pureblack cloathings will be cool, since its rare.

there were two ways to get black cloth on xuo: 1) you have to win lots of tours so you get enough tickets to buy a r/r ticket. then you can use that r/r ticket to color a cloth black. 2) win the special 1v1 reg on sundays, but it had to be over 30 people to get a r/r ticket, which you could again use to color a cloth black.

well i hope you don't do the 'donation-trick' as ive seen on other shards: meaning you have to make a donation and therefor you get a 'special colored robe'.
