Its not bug, Mrs. Bugman. It was debated on forums and everyone agreed to make it usable by any alig.

Who cares what makes sence and what not?

The reason why order shouldn't be able to attack order without penalty, is because having order guilds as 'protectors from PKs and chaos players' will create a great solidarity between the order players and should add alot of PVP action, as there will be more 'gather ups' and people will have more courage to face the enemies. Also, this will work great along with guild RPing "good guys".

too bad not everything is directed towards rp is it? guilds are a major part of pvp becuase you can gank people in them and delcare war etc of course you don't care what the rules are because you just want them to benifit you as do all pvm/rpers guilds are used to pk players if you can't accept that don't join one or stay neutral it's pretty simple considering you can wear all 3 shields not having to be a guild type: order chaos or neutral

Sounds like Order guilds are scared of being attacked by their own kind. Greater Solidarity? You'd have more PVP action if they could attack each other idiot.

The shield is an item nothing else, both have same ar, nothing special btw them besides the shape.
You fight your enemy, kill him, and just because hes holding something with they mark you cant hold it? Ye thats really make sense.
