Anyways, I think its better to have the gate out in the open too so that people can see where it is, and yes they do enter more often that way, but at the same time the gates out there is like "event gates" or gates that are only there temporary, so we cant really have it there 24/7 =/ But yes, I prefered that too for activity reasons.
Anyways, this new arena that we'll be making will probably have arenas close to each other so that ppl can see where others are, probably something like the one we had at XUO, but perhaps without the loot arenas (not sure yet).

Can't you change it so the duel arena gate looks like a Sparkle or something? Colored red or easy to see.. If thats in pits 24/7 ppl would know its the duel area and the event gates wuld always be a portal..

Hate said if the duel arena was open 24/7 in pits outside the house in pits it would be confusing or something because the Event gates are portals also. But if they change the portal to a sparkle or something like this people would know its not an event gate its just the duel arena and not go in the duel arena wanting to join an event on accident. hehe

All the less reason to make it a sparkle. You want people to go in, so if it looks like an event gate people will go in and see what's happening there!

Are you talking about when hate said to put it in the open instead of in the house? If that's what you're talking about I agree. I was just saying dont change it to a sparkle cause then people might think 'oh this isn't an event, I shouldn't go in and see what it is'.
w/e what it looks like doesn't really matter. Getting people to pvp is good.
Hate, host another pvp school! I know a lot of new guys and old vets liked that.

LoL people arent retard, if they wanna duel they know the path....
Put it outside house to people strumble on it and enter without wanna just go generate pain in the ass.
Why someone whos learning pvp gonna pay in a duel stone? Its stupid. , get someone to tech you on world is easy.
If the duel area look desert its cause dont have enough people pvping what take us back to the major problem, shard activt.

people would know the common color and the place where the duel portal is if it's in pits, wouldn't be hard to recognize imo. Also if you're knew i'm pretty sure you'd click the portal name before entering
