Haha, have you ever thought about why people tease you at school? It's because you're raging, that's why its fun keeping on teasing you. It works in the exact same way here also. The more you rage, the more will people laugh.

Just a little hint from my side, if you want the people stop harassing you.

And seriously, do you honestly wonder why no one ever listens to you, especially not about people harassing you?
