how will changing the cut delay change the pvp? spam has already been changed and now this will be changed? no thanks it's a big difference because already it's easy to res you just got to spam your res key when someone dies and the person just needs to hit tab real quick

Smoke it wasn't that it would CHANGE pvp it's just that people would maybe think they have a small tiny chance to get brought back to life and might not be so paranoid about losing a bag of regs.
Alright if you guys don't like it I won't force anything. Just wanted to put it out there.

well if they don't get it now that they can res and just hit tab over and over and the other guy spams his macro they won't get it then with a .5 delay tha'ts just dumb

well personally I need to use ctrl+shift for behind buildings since circle of transparency lags me so I don't use it.. I would be up for some changes in the ganks on this shard like the 1 second delay.. this would give more of a chance for a partner to res the person who died before a super fast cut.. it could definitely make things more interesting while avoiding the auto-kill bug.. just my 2 cents

I dont see how 0.5 sec can hurt that much, its alot fast man.. you guys probably dont cut in less than it.
I think even if you are **** faster in cutting you do it in 0.7+ .

well why even add it for people who maybe can cut that fast? i cut with a target open when i see when someone is about to die so i can just press on the corpse.. i cut really fast if you add it and people die from it because they acutally just cut fast it's lame

well that's not fair.. it will change gank completely with a delay on cut and you being dead for cutting fast im 85% sure that this can't and prolly won't happen
