Not for players to use for communication. There's no point for that considering they can already use irc, google talk, icq, etc.

I still wouldn't consider it something "negative" for the IN:X server to have, I mean if ppl want to use it - they use it. If not then they don't, it's not like we'll force them but it'd be another "cool future" that our server would be using Consider Makas "UO vs IRC script" too, it's quite good and easy to use for people who doesn't understand how to use IRC.
