1k maybe.
I really dont see point in needing a house to train with the guarded area sistem we have ( cant summon, cant cast fire field, cant do nothing, just direct atack).
you can macro at city with less problem than in a house.
Anyways I already see people wanting houses for rent, so for 1k I think everyone gonna pay.

If the system is already in place then go for it shade. I dont see any harm in it anyway. Though it strikes me that this is yet another thing that most new players wouldnt know about even once its implimented. We really need an updated complete new player guide. Or an area that explains the stuff inx has to offer for new players. Like the tutorial section in some newer MMO's where you walk through and talk to npcs who teach you stuff.

Maybe this answer already came up so don't hang me if it did...
I think the problem with statics and multi leveled buildings is it wasn't possible to set a z region (height), only x (length) and y (width) regions. This means if there are 2 rooms ontop of each other then if you buy one you can also go in the other.
Would be cool though... buy the whole building and rent the rooms out!

You have always(?) been able to set regions using z (up and down)
If the staff member target correct (on the diffrent levels) one example is the current pits and the old pits where one region could cover the whole area including the diffrent levels and stairs.
