Try with the reinstall option mean while, use razor 1.0.0

Make sure you uninstaller your current version of razor (and not UO) first.

I uploaded ( client 5.0.6e and razol_old), down files, replace client (do a backup first), unistal razor and instal the one in file.

after trouble shooting and almost just giving up i realized that i didnt have admin priveledges with vista and once logged in as admin i was able to get online and everything worked perfectly

Ah, that we didn't think of this! I think that one of our staff members wrote a good razor-vista guide some where.
