Icebluedel wasn't (half) guarded so people had a safe place to mine specifically. It was guarded because players built a town around it. If such a thing is done here, then it always possible that we could consider adding a special feature like Icebluedel used to have. It doesn't have to be a mine either, if players work together to help build a community then there can be special additions/tweaks made to those areas, as long as it isn't a gated community. Simply put that this would only be considered if it was open to all public
