Interesting idea, but how do you propose doing that? The easiest way it making it take multiple crafts, but since everyone can GM everything, that doesn't really help.
Maybe making quests to get materials for some items that require two people. Like a place that you can't recall into and needs two people to activate switches at the same time to get deeper into the dungeon?

Bad idea. Most remaining players would just abuse the whole thing using alts , and since there's no gm to monitor the server , they would be allowed to do it.
