Why do I fail all the time with GM snooping? Snooping should have a 100% success rate at GM.

I believe they are newbied. I remember one being in my pack when I ressed, but other weird things like that have happened to me so I'm not sure.
I used to have a macro to equip a certain set of blackrock armor, and sometimes it would work when I was hundreds of tiles from a bank. It even worked in a dungeon once.
Stealth was actually useful there for a moment...
wtf blind stealing should be enabled if you have GM stealing...
