Hi guys,im new here and hanged around a bit,i found i cant go further in despise dung due to strage stones blocking the way,is there a way to go deeper in the dung?tnx

The clues are there. I think its a sign thats says something about a lonely miner, ergo the sleeping spot thats by itself.
