Is there a list anywhere of NPC's locations that raise skills to 40?

Not that I know of Ill think of a way to do it if there isn't and some how post it here

Normally I just buy everything to 40 by randomly trying every vendor in Brit.

If it can all be done in Brit, Ill just wander around.

Youga should download uo automap. UOAM when zoomed in shows youga what all the buildings are - in other words what npcs will be there to train youga.
