What an amazing treat that the scripters of this fine server has put in
the time and effort to make a RP event for this seasonal event,

I have noticed that the flowers spawn within a boxed area to the south
of the city...
Yeah, I think I found a fix for that. I have it set to spawn within about a 100-tile radius of the bridge with the portal on it, which means that they can spawn on any available land. Most of the time they're reachable, but some are not. By default, they grow a new petal every 4 hours, so I have it set so that the spawner deletes any roses with any amount of petals but 2. That way if one is un-reachable, it will only be there for 4 hours before disappearing and respawning.
Oh, and the event was kindof last minute. I thought, "Oh, hey, it's February. I'll do something." : P Pretty easy to get an event together. Add decoration, add a vendor stone, come up with a currency and a way to get it and then you're off to the races. ^_^
