The Reactive Armor spell? Or is it a type of armor that I'm not familiar with?

Meh I miss it too, was my favorite armor on IN1. I wanted to add it awhile back but didn't want to be bias about it so fire and havoc got added instead.
There is a little mini quest that you can find somewhere in the world that I added a while back that has a chance of giving you a nice little reactive item.
Though I think we have enough mine-able ores and ingots really. In the future we will likely add some new armors that will be obtainable in a different way but I don't see it being added to mining.

Ok, well in the future I love scripting, and would like to contribute something to the shard if you guys ever need something done and dont feel like doing it let me know.
