Can the lottery messages only show for the people who bought the tickets? My screen just got really spammed with multi colored texts.

There are like 5 yellow lines or so that show up every hour. I would hardly call that spam...
Plus, if it only broadcasted to the players that bought tickets then new players wouldn't know we have a lottery system.

Very true Taran, but for those without a lottery ticket there could just be a 1 line message saying no lottery winners this hour, or congrats to this hours lottery winner (without giving out names or giving names, upto you guys).

The other ones are like 2-3 lines and gray? :o (and i doubt they come every hour because darn i havnt seem in in a while) [/COLOR]
